Everything was excellent—from the location to the overall service. Despite being right in the center, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. A special thank you to Enes, Serdar, and Candas at reception. They were absolutely exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. They made us feel more like friends than guests and were always happy to help with anything we needed.
