I stayed at the hotel for nine days, and honestly, I have nothing to complain about. Although the room is not very spacious, it was comfortable and perfectly adequate for my stay. The bathroom was always cleaned whenever we requested housekeeping, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of options, and everything was delicious. The location is also excellent, with easy access to Paddington and Lancaster Gate stations, as well as being just a short walk from Kensington Gardens. Thank you to the entire hotel team for making my family and me feel so welcome!
