We stayed here for 8 nights. We were allotted a basement room with a small window. The size of the room was decent given central London standards. The bathroom was neat however there was no bidet spray - one of the key reasons we booked the place. Just be mindful that not all bathrooms have a bidet spray in the hotel. The bed was comfy however the pillows seem to have lost its loft…definitely needs a change. Breakfast was included, the variety was limited and the menu remained the same everyday. Wasn’t much of a problem since there are tons of cafe nearby. The location is best part. The hotel is located in a very convenient location- close to two tube stations that allow u good connectivity around the city. Staff were good… we were always greeted with smiles and greetings. They even helped us with our luggage when we have to move rooms. All in all a good long stay, would stay again!
