We must have been unlucky looking at these reviews, but our apartment was average to poor. Good location and reasonable service (luckily, given the number of issues). But very clear they are out for maximum profit at any cost. Really poorly maintained, half the sockets dont work, no air-conditioning, DIY that looks like its been done by a child. Mattresses that are like an airbed, I have literally never experienced a worse mattress and I travel at least monthly for work. Black mould in the bathrooms, no plug for the kitchen sink and one that didnt fit in the bath, I could go on. And then the cleanliness was pretty poor too. Main surfaces were ok but all around the shower gel/ shampoo was filthy, huge shard of glass in the lounge, drains full of other people's hair so the shower wouldnt even run away.
