Kings Cross Suite

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, the rooms are quiet, and the air conditioning works perfectly — which is not always guaranteed in London. The price is very reasonable for the quality offered. The staff were outstanding: professional, flexible, and genuinely attentive. I needed to extend my stay by an extra night, and although the hotel was fully booked and initially could only offer me two separate rooms, they managed to keep me in one room for the entire stay and even upgraded me to a Special Double Suite. Their effort and hospitality made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience!
