My partner and I recently stayed at Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel to celebrate our 18th anniversary, and I cannot thank the team enough for making it such a special and unforgettable experience. Before we even arrived, Fay was absolutely outstanding. I had quite a few questions and special requests because I wanted to surprise my partner, and she went above and beyond to help me plan everything. Through emails and phone calls, she patiently answered every question, suggested wonderful ideas, and helped create the perfect surprise. When we arrived, she welcomed us so warmly and made us feel genuinely valued. Her kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm made all the difference. We also had the pleasure of being looked after by Aisha during our Japanese afternoon tea. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and efficient. The food was simply incredible. The gyoza, aubergine, scones, panna cotta... every single bite was delicious. Honestly, in just one afternoon I enjoyed some of the best food I've tasted in over 50 years! The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooftop jacuzzi is fantastic, the facilities are spotless, and everything is peaceful and well maintained. The room was immaculate, beautifully scented, and equipped with thoughtful touches such as bathrobes and slippers for going up to the rooftop, they put red rose petals on our bed!!!!!. Every area of the hotel reflected the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. The location couldn't be better. Within a short walk we enjoyed a comedy club, theatres, shops, restaurants, and everything Soho has to offer. Thank you so much, Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel. A special thank you to Fay and Aisha for your exceptional customer service. You didn't just make our stay enjoyable—you made our 18th anniversary truly unforgettable. We will definitely be back!
