July 2025: Staff are unaware their emergency air extraction unit is triggered by their fire alarm system. In fact the two staff on duty were not even aware of a fundamental part of their infrastructure equipment - emergency smoke extraction system. Oct 2025 Another incident, with them unable or unwilling to respond to their own system monitoring this vital safety equipment. Perhaps prospective tenants should consider whether they want to live in a building in which the concierge staff are incapable or unwilling to manage key fire safety equipment. 19/October Air extraction unit running continuously for 10 hours. Islington council noise team now fully aware of the situation with all incidents now being logged.
