My friend wasn’t allowed to come in to soothe and breastfeed her baby (I suggested this as it was far better than sitting on a wet bench in the rain). Appalling treatment from the staff :( I was shocked as I expected she could totally use one of the chairs in the lobby. My friend is too shy to write a complaint
