The measure to any review is, if we were coming to London again would we stay here and the answer is a definite Yes!. The location is amazing for a short London stay. Everyplace in the West End is on your doorstep. I booked the one bedroom with my wife and me. It was an ensuite which was an ok size, it was clean and the shower was good. It had a good size wardrobe for a few days with a safe that worked. Another bonus was a good working fridge. We bought cereal and milk for breakfast which kept the costs down. The bed was comfy and a good size and had a soft headboard. The room had an air conditioning unit, but it wasn’t working when we arrived. I call it in and raised a ticket. Raising the ticket process was good and normal but it sounded like an American call centre, but they were very nice and acknowledging. But nobody called or phoned for the whole first day and night. It was 28-30 degrees in London so 5 days in that with no AC would have been a nightmare. I’m practical and old school. The fuse box is in the room and accessible and I simply flicked the trip. It had its own and was labelled. This reset the AC and it worked great for the rest of the 4 days. I still didn’t get a call. So, the following day I called them after and cancelled my ticket and all I got was an apology. Not everyone would go at the Fusebox (or need to), so a nice place is always nice until something goes wrong. I’d still go back but I can fix things. I said 3 as for me the place was great after I fixed the AC, but it could have been a nightmare and zero.
