I would give this -10/10 the experience was atrocious. Staff was rude, claimed there is no manager, refused to cancel a booking we made 1 hour ago while actively LYING about the room they provided. The booking didn’t specify a basement room, stained beds, no working air conditioner and etc. they lied again and again about having “no manager” another team managing the booking services and etc. avoid at all costs. These people are shameless scammers.
