If you plan to rent a flat in London, it is critical to have a good agent like Home from Home standing behind the rental experience. We have rented from them for several years and can testify that they stand behind their rentals. For example, last year we had serious problems with construction below one flat and the heating system of another and they immediately move us to a better mews house which we loved. I can't stress enough how important it is to have a good rental agent behind you when renting flats in London.
