Stayed here for a concert and although very busy everything was ran efficiently and effectively, all of the staff we dealt with were welcoming and friendly. We had a slight issue with the toilet not flushing in our room and was moved just next door promptly and with no issues! I left my makeup bag and live 200 miles away, staff kindly explained how to arrange for me to have it shipped and it arrived back home with no issues which I am so grateful for! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely use this hotel again for future visits :)
