Convenient for the US Embassy, but would not ever stay there again. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and I only got 4 hours of sleep. I gave up at 5 am. Air conditioning was freezing no matter what temperature and the shower seemed to be possessed as it would change temperature while we showered. The breakfast was free and was OK but It was not great - everything seemed overcooked from the eggs and sausages to the hash browns. My daughter sis enjoy the pancake machine. I will say that the staff were very nice and friendly, but alas, not what I paid for. Close to Pimlico Tube, walking distance to US Embassy. A C10 bus ride from Waterloo station and all the shops and places to eat there. (Bus stop W on York Rd will get you back to Pimlico.) All in all, an exceptionally disappointing room experience. I expect better of IHG for this much money. Would definitely NOT recommend.
