During a heat wave, had only scalding water in the shower and the room AC that we were supposed to have did not work and had likely never been maintained. Location is great, but manager would never talk to us about the issues we had. The staff on site was nice and tried to be helpful, but manager could not be contacted and did not respond to messages.
