Paid £66 a night for a double with bathroom. The place hasn't been cleaned since the spanish flu epidemic. The towels smelled of something unpleasant. Asked for 2 new ones, they were the same. The bathroom was less than 1 m² , so sitting on the toilet necessitates for one foot to be in the bedroom. The windows open a little bit, but on a rubbish day, since there are no bins in London, it stinks. This is what we show to tourists. My advise; Go somewhere else, in fact go to another city.
