Greenford Rooms

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in July 2026. When we arrived on sunday night to check in, we were informed, that there is no more free parking (which was one of the selling point upon booking here) and we'd have to pay £10 PER NIGHT. We did pay for 2 nights, until we got hold of a manager. Because at that point, neither was the website updated, nor had we been informed about the parking charges. After day 2 we were told we would get a full refund and would not have to pay for parking for the reminder of our stay. 2 weeks later, and we still haven't gotten our refund. We sent them an email about not recieving a refund yet. We eventually talked on the phone (because of credit card details). Another week later, and the money still hasn't been refunded. Additional to that, we got an email from the car rental that we got a parking fine on the Hotel grounds over £100 + £42 fees. So we called AGAIN. Supposedly we are now getting the £20 refunded and the manager is gonna cancel the parking ticket. Let's see how this plays out. Really not happy with this whole situation.
