The room was big, but the carpet was quite old and disgusting. The bathroom was fine. The shower was fine. Unfortunately there was a problem with the lock of our door in room and every single time we wanted to enter the room had to go two floors down the stairs to the reception to get somebody to open the door. The elevator was not working .That was so annoying that happened in our three nights stay at least 6 to 8 times . the breakfast was good and fresh. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The issue with the room was apparently that the batteries of the lock were empty . We arrived on Saturday and the batteries only replaced on Monday which I don’t understand because it took the concierge two minutes to change them .
