The room was small and windowless but exactly what I needed for one night's sleep in London. Apart from a missing TV remote, the room was wonderfully equipped, comfortable and convenient. The towels were large and soft, and there was coffee and free water. Even though I was slightly early for my check in, Zane was incredibly helpful and got me into an available room. Great service from him. I didn't have breakfast as it seemed expensive. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.
