I had room 1. The location is very convenient if friends or family are at St George's hospital or you are contracting locally and you need somewhere to stay that's close. The room was clean but very tired and needs a lick of paint. Bed was fine. The fridge didn't work and taps on both sinks wobbled so need tightening, not crucial but suggests the owners haven't checked everything is working. They'd be better removing the fridge and 2 ring hob and putting the TV that space and have guests just cook in the communal kitchen. Plenty of breakfast items available in communal fridges. In short, ok if you just need a close by bed.
