I had stayed at this hotel a few times before, but my most recent visit was the final straw. The towels were insufficient, and the bathroom drain was clogged; water would overflow onto the floor instead of draining away. The lady at the reception was not friendly at all, and there wasn't even any water in the room. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off, and the exhaust fan wouldn't switch off either—I had to listen to its noise all night long. Please, just pay a little more and go to a different hotel; they certainly don't deserve the money they charge. On one occasion, they even gave me an accessible room.And there isn't even any shampoo included.
