Egerton is a quaint quintessential English hotel - the staff and the service they provide is impeccable. So friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms are slightly tight however I’m mindful it is central London so space is limited. Toilet in our room has a bit of trouble flushing. Bathrooms feel very luxury with a towel warmer rack, neck pillow and epsom salts for a bath, robes and slippers. AC / temp was very comfortable. Turn down service was such a nice touch. Location is a bit away from the tube so prepare to take the bus if you want public transit. The breakfast is full service so plan accordingly to wait (not simply buffet / continental) however could tell it was very fresh. Guests seem to air on the older side (+50 years old). On the pricier side but nice service added value.
