missing 1 * because of being kept awake by family at 2 am until 4 am. Wasn't a big deal but lost 1 star not keeping business guests ( who get up very early) from holiday or other guests. Otherwise this is a splendid hotel with brilliant staff. The room is immaculate , the area is ideal. In 18 years working around the globe and living in 100s of hotels, I can honestly say I have never had such a bargain for the price I paid. I was due to move last week but have extended to stay as long as possible. Great hotel, and very well run.
