I booked and paid for this accommodation for a trip to London. The day before my trip, I received a message saying that they could no longer accommodate me due to maintenance issues and that I should request a refund. However, my booking did not include free cancellation, so if I had cancelled it myself, I would not have received my money back. I tried to contact them in every possible way, but they never responded. In the end, thanks to Hotels.com, I was able to stay at another hotel at no additional cost. Overall, I do not recommend this accommodation at all. They tried to leave us without a place to stay just one day before our trip, and the whole situation felt very misleading and dishonest.
