After staying at this accommodation for two nights June 2026. We were appalled at the state of the room we were staying in, a table in our room was filthy asked it to be cleaned which was done for us. The shower had mould around the shower tray & on the ceiling in the corner. The cistern lid had thick black grime around the bottom. Tap on sink really dirty. No button on cistern to flush. Skirting board near bathroom door dirty. Blinds not working. We were also very disappointed to find at breakfast warm yogurts warm orange juice. when asked for drinking glasses they were hot, butter packs were soft a suggestion would be a small fridge for these items It was very easy to get to from the train station about a 5min walk, also to catch a no 15 bus into central London. The staff were very friendly. Def would not stay here again.
