What an absolute dump. It looks incredible in photos, but it is totally impractical on every level. It’s like an alien designer who has never occupied a human body created a hotel. Air conditioning- can’t cool below 22 Sound insulation- non-existent, it’s like your neighbour is in the room with you Lighting- hope you don’t need to see under your chin to shave. I can’t imagine what a trial applying makeup would be. A tiny window provides the only natural light. Layout- you literally don’t have enough room to place your feet down beside your bed. CitizenM manages to fit so much more in the same amount of space. The front desk has no problem-solving authority, they simply repeat the same thing when asked to solve an issue like the A/C not cooling. They said they would send someone from maintenance and then never did so. Housekeeping is only available for weeklong stays. They will not clean your kitchen, and they skip over anything you can’t see. The top shelf is CAKED in dust. The floor is filthy. To be clear, I don’t blame the housekeepers. It would be an absolute nightmare to attempt cleaning this in this kafkaesque prison.
