Having stayed here for almost a year so far, I have to tip my hat for the outstanding service of all the staff and concierge I have received. In particular, I will note the exemplary service of the manager Victoria, who has been a constant throughout my stay thus far. The rooms have been well maintained, well-equipped & most importantly air-conditioned, more than enough for any business or vacation trip, either long-term or short-term. The availability of washing machines in the basement has also been a helpful addition to my stay. I also believe the location of the hotel is underrated, with Westfield nearby and access to the Hammersmith & City, Circle & Central Lines as well. Overall, I would say it’s been a pleasure to stay here as long as I have so far, and if I find myself in London in the future, I’d stay here again for sure.
