I am making a formal complaint regarding booking ID: SOIK3491. I booked this room while already inside the property, trusting that access would be provided. However, there was no staff, no reception, and no one to provide a key or digital door code. Despite the property using a digital lock, no access code was sent to me by SMS, email, or the OYO app. I was completely unable to access the room. As a result, no accommodation was provided at all, and I was left with nowhere to stay. This is a failure of service, not a cancellation on my part. Refusing a refund under these circumstances is unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate full refund of £70. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter through my bank and formal consumer complaint channels.
