my overall impression of booking this hotel. The rating isn't based on response speed, but on cancellation policies. If a non-refundable reservation is cancelled through no fault of the guest (like a change in the visa issuance date by the consulate) and a month in advance, many hotels will accept the cancellation—at least with a penalty—or offer a voucher. Hotel 44: No.
