Cove St Martin's will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport. Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building. This is a meet and greet property; in order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform Cove of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival. Failure to do this may mean having a lengthy wait to gain access.
- We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee. A deposit may be required at the property.
