The apartment I stayed in was perfect. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom large and the kitchenette was nice to have for coffee and lite meals. The self-check in was so easy and the neighborhood was so close to great eating spots and shopping. I will stay in Concept apartments from now on when visiting London.
