Comfortable room but we were on the 3rd floor with no lift and also there during the heatwave so it was unbearably hot. A huge fan was provided, which helped but lack of aircon wasn't great. The bathroom and shower water was never really cold and the shower stopped on our last morning - no water for a good 5 mins and the tap struggled too so we wondered if it was affected by other rooms using the water. Checking in was easy and the staff were welcoming. There were toiletries and towels provided, plus a kettle with tea and milk available. The room had a mini fridge which helped with chilling water. Room was clean and beds comfortable - from the pile of mattresses outside I think they have all been upgraded recently. No breakfast, but the Italian Cafe 'Farina & More' a few doors down is excellent. Great central location and not too noisy. Bonus feral foxes in the garden gave us some joy in the mornings.
