We stayed at the Cleveland Residence Bloomsbury and had a great experience. Nice apartment and self check in. After that experience we decided to stay at the Cleveland Residence Paddington. We were shocked at the difference. The apartment was dirty and tiny. This place didn’t have self check in so you had to interact with the staff we were so rude and impolite. As if they had never worked in hospitality before. Such a disappointment. We thought we had found our new go to accommodations for our frequent trips to London. I guess if you don’t have to interact with their staff and don’t stay at the Paddington location it could be alright but left me with a bad taste. We won’t stay again.
