Don't do it. Me and my partner have stayed in homeless accomodation before and it was better than this. Black mould everywhere in the bathroom. A plank from a scrap bin as a headboard with people's hand prints all over that have given the bed a good go. Mysterious stains (some looking like blood) on the walls. The "daily housekeeping" was a white bin bag with two towels left on our doorknob, and the dust in the rooms was older than us. The only positive was the location.
