I have had a wonderful experience dealing with Cityrooms. I was privileged to have my housing handled by Tommy, who was quite accommodating with all the housing dynamics I had been through. He is definitely an asset to the company. From property viewing to documentation handling, he presented a vast array of properties for me to view in order for me to make a selection, and no request was too difficult for him to fulfil or provide within his means. A true professional in the sense of the word. He was very flexible with his time, and his response to all queries were fast and always resulted in a solution. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tommy over 2 properties during my time renting with Cityrooms. I would definitely recommend Tommy as an agent within the housing industry ,as his wealth of experience with providing ace customer service definitely comes across. I felt all my requirements were understood and met. Great service.
