I recently visited the Luna building and had a genuinely positive experience from start to finish. The property itself was impressive. It was well-maintained, clean and beautifully presented making it easy to picture living there comfortably. What really stood out was the exceptional service from Ciara at front of house. Ciara was incredibly friendly from the moment I arrived creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. She was highly knowledgeable about the building, the available units and surrounding area. She answered all my questions with confidence and offered helpful insights. Ciara’s professionalism and warm approach made the visit enjoyable. It’s clear she takes pride in her role and cares about providing a great experience for current and prospective tenants. I was very impressed.
