Beautiful apartment we'll equipped in great location. I booked through trip.com One thing that on trip.com they have mentioned there may not be AC. But luckily there was AC as we were in middle of heat wave in London. They issue digital key to get in. That needs to be acquired atleast 24 hour before arrival to avoid any delays. Other people had put reviews that they struggled to get in (even waited couple of hours). But my experience was smooth. As i got digital key by contacting charles hope whatsapp in advance 24 hour before arrival. I think they should make it explicit in initial email that you will receive receive digital key 24 hour in advance, if not received then contact us.
