Over the course of a year, they had: 1) let someone else live in my private studio of what I believe is their highest grade (expensive as hell) 2) allowed maintenance into my room without notice despite our contract clearly stating they have to give me at least 24 hour notice. Once a worker came while I was asleep and undressed. Wild. The worker still forced their way in after coming out because I screamed. Not even a sorry from him. 3) They offered me compensation for only one week of rent despite having someone live in my apartment for up to 3 weeks. Now they don’t even answer to my emails about compensation. What I say after this point for obvious reasons may be considered a joke, but I’m an inch away from suing you guys and going public about this.
