if I could give this accommodation no stars I would. such a rip off for the price you are paying. the room has not been cleaned at all contrary to them assuring me it was cleaned. there is so much mould and dust in the room and on the floor that it attracted a significant beetle problem in the beginning of my stay here in September 2025. I had to deep clean the room myself. for the rates they also offer for cleaning this is unacceptable. it is also incredibly hot in the room- heat stroke inducing. they really need to invest in offering some rooms with air con, especially for people like me who are incredibly sensitive to even mild heat. the reality is that unfortunately London has heatwaves so for this accommodation to not make note of this is really inconsiderate. please book elsewhere. the one positive is that the staff are really nice.
