We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Court and could not have felt more welcome. From the moment we arrived, the manager gave us such a warm and genuine greeting. Throughout our stay, Ahmed from Management/Concierge looked after us with incredible kindness and care. He truly went out of his way for everything and made us feel as though he had long-lost family visiting. He was thoughtful, caring, and went well above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. The housekeeping team were also wonderful - genuinely warm, kind and attentive. Overall, the team made the experience feel very personal and special. The location is second to none, the value for money was excellent, and having such a large amount of space in London was a real luxury and very rare. We will definitely stay at Carlton Court every time we are back in London. Many thanks again to Ahmed and the whole team.
