Canary Wharf two Bedroom Apartment

We are current residents who moved in with intention of 1-2 years of occupancy. The property has premium rates and has excellent location, The day-day management of the property is mediocre for the price they charge. safety is first concern. There is a digital lock whose master key is with all staff members. you can’t lock doors from inside the flat at all. Repair and maintenance is never coordinated with the property manager onsite. Plumbers etc can just enter your flat and they have done so. 24 hour Conceirge claim is incorrect and for an extended stay like ours, deliveries are a problem. Professionalism of their onsite manager is poor, the gym membership no longer works and no one was even given heads up. If you are planning to be here for a week or so, it’s ok go ahead. Don’t plan an extended stay, you are given a shabby treatment by their management.
