Open in Google MapsHotel feels very old. We stayed and one night the fire alarm went off about 5 times during the night because of a fault in the system. Genuinely felt like a method for torture. The staff have said that they’d refund that one night but we’ll see if that happens Only saving grace is the view of the river. Edit: still not heard anything from the hotel, in their reply to the review they said to email again which I’ve done several times. Apparently they’re more responsive to reviews than their actual emails
