As a solo female traveler, I found the hotel conveniently located. There was a Tube station nearby, and Liverpool Street Station was within a 15-minute walk. The staff were friendly and kindly put my luggage in my room before check-in, which I really appreciated. The security was good, and they sent me the entrance code by email in advance, which made me feel safe. The room came with shampoo and other basic toiletries, as well as a hairdryer, which I appreciated. There was a convenience store across the street, but it could get quite noisy at night. I didn't feel very comfortable walking around the area after dark. Overall, I had a comfortable stay.
