We needed a hotel close to the American Embassy and this hotel exceeded our expectations. Location was perfect, and also fabulously located for restaurants t The room was comfortable and clean. But I really must highlight the customer service. We had a number of requests before we arrived and each one was answered quickly and efficiently. On check in Ali who welcomed us was incredible. He was so helpful, friendly and went out of his way to welcome us. I have worked in hospitality for 40 years and this Gentleman is an absolute superstar. A fabulous stay. Thank you.
