Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel -Northfield station Elizabeth line

This is one of the most unhygienic, unsafe places EVER , the poor reception staff are clearly MORTIFIED , where to start , the shower was clogged with a full head of hair had to get a helper to dissolve this , the drain cap thing was black , the smell was horrendous. Second the pillow under my main one went to fluff them up next morning had a load of old blood all stained on it. The staff were lovely and rectified this. The inc breakfast ! I mean wow ! The sausages looked anemic most days , today was day 4 and this morning myself and my partner looked and there was cooked with completely raw and cooked sausages in the serving dish , we said to the person who was serving this breakfast look this is raw he said no it’s not been under long enough we should have said you eat one then we will. But he took it away and we assume he threw it back under the joke that was supposed to be heating them. A health inspector is needed here ! The offerings are the most basic , nasty cheap ham and the cheese was practically plastic , is this really what people are supposed to accept ? The hotel is very office looking and very poor decoration. At least the AC was working and we didn’t have water running down from our ceiling which we heard some Americans complain about. They have some lovely staff ! Otherwise this would have been a total failed stay ! To the Best western BOSS you should be ashamed people are at your mercy visiting a big busy city and have paid faithfully! And I did stay here and this is an honest true account of this “Hotel”
