After reading reviews on trust pilot I was a little concerned before my stay but it was excellent. There was a small amount of noise from the underground but most hotels in Central London are located near or above a station of some kind. The usual hotel room door banging was more significant! Rooms were small but perfectly formed. Plenty of storage and super clean. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception and an ice machine too for refills for your water bottle. Staff couldn't do enough for you to make your stay comfortable so if you find you do have a problem, speak to them first rather than leave a rubbish review once you have left! Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it but the location is fantastic, few minutes walk to Victoria Station. Would definitely stay again 😊
