Open in Google MapsExtremely Disappointing Stay We travelled as a group of 3 couples we was very disappointed with the condition of this hotel room. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The shower area was stained, with visible grime and mould buildup around the edges and seals. The shower tray looked dirty and poorly maintained, making it feel unhygienic to use. The towels were grey I think they were supposed to be white. Dust was also clearly visible on surfaces throughout the room, including the refrigerator and fan, suggesting that cleaning had been neglected for quite some time. The room showed obvious signs of wear and tear. The door handle area was damaged with chipped paint and exposed wood, giving the impression of a property that has not been properly maintained. Overall, the room felt tired, neglected, and far below the standard we would expect from any hotel charging paying guests. The mattress was absolutely disgusting it had stains all over it. Cleanliness and basic upkeep are fundamental expectations, and unfortunately this hotel failed on both counts. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless significant improvements are made to housekeeping and maintenance standards. Also when the bar is closed you have to use a fire escape to enter or leave the property. This is a metal spindle set of stairs that is very dangerous especially when wet. Not safe to be carrying luggage up and down. Pros: None Cons: Poor cleanliness, dust. accumulation, mold/grime in the bathroom, visible maintenance issues, generally neglected conditions and a leaking ceiling.
