Not a pleasant stay Checkin at 2pm was great, however when we got to the room the air conditioning was broken. We tried making it work for a long time, even looked up the system, nothing. We explained the issue to reception, and they said they would go to our room to take a look. Then we left for dinner. Came back and the air conditioner was still not fixed. We called again, they said maintenance is not here and they will come by tomorrow (they never did). To attempt to make the situation better, they gave us a fan that looked to be on its last limb. We paid for this room expecting air conditioning, and did not have any whatsoever. After viewing recent reviews, it looks like this issue has happened to several guests. There is no transparency, they knew it was broken and just tried to ignore it. The shower drain took ~30+ minutes to drain after a 5 minute shower. If you want to feel fully clean, you will not be able to in a room from this hotel. Plus there is no counter space anywhere. The room is extraordinarily small, the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. There are no outlets by the bedside tables either. Towels are changed everyday, free bottled water was also provided. The breakfast was less than average, but was manageable. Overall, this hotel was very unpleasant and I would not stay here again.
