A wonderful stay. This hotel has been awarded 1-Michelin Key, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I had an excellent night’s sleep, and the room was comfortable and well maintained. I would have given it 4.5 stars because the air conditioning wasn’t quite cool enough during my stay, although that was probably due to the exceptional heatwave rather than the hotel itself. I’m happy to round it up to 5 stars because everything else was excellent. The staff were warm, friendly and thoughtful throughout my stay. Special thanks to the taller female receptionist who was on duty in the evening. She kindly helped me carry my backpack to my room and also there is a tall guy printed some important personal documents for me, which I really appreciated. Their kindness made settling in much easier after a long day. I also had an important 2-hour meeting the next day, and the restaurant staff helped me choose the lunch combo with just the right portion size (with an enjoyable cup of Coffee Latte). Everyone I met was welcoming and genuinely helpful. I would happily stay here again & recommend this lovely hotel.
