ARCORE Premium Apartments London Bridge

I would not recommend staying here! The apartment is tired and much smaller than the photos suggest. We arrived from Australia after 24 hours of travel to see the apartment was situated across the road from significant construction (that was not advertised on the booking), the apartment was dirty with washing hung out to dry, the living room doors also didn’t shut (so there was no escape from the noise). We also coordinated to drop our bags early however no one turned up to check us in. We luckily bumped into a maintenance person who dropped our bags. When we contacted the host to update him on the situation, he said it would be a disservice to their organisation to have someone to meet us to check in our bags early. He was then very condescending and belittling in our conversations afterward. Very unaccommodating and very rude! Luckily we booked through Plum Guide where we coordinated leaving the premises and negotiated a refund for 4 of the 5 nights (even though we never unpacked our bags), however I don’t believe Arcore would have offered the refund if we booked directly through them. There is nothing good about this apartment other than the location.
