This small hotel is in a great location within a few minutes walk of Kings Cross / St Pancras stations. The rooms are very small, no air-conditioning but a small fan was supplied which was fine as it wasnt overly hot. There are no lifts ... stairs only so be mindful of taking large luggage although the staff are more than willing to help. Bathroom is also very small with the toilet, basin and shower all in the one room shower would only be about 80 x 80 at a guess so its tight! Double Room gave a little more room. Bed was a little hard for my preference, but it was clean and functional for a 1 night stay. A bit noisy from street and hotel happenings, glad I had earplugs.
